Bombardier Ends Year Strong

Bombardier Commercial Aircraft closes out the year with a great deal with China Express Airlines. The Airlines increases their purchase of CRJ900 Jetliners with 10 more jetliners which brings them to a total 38 to service the Chinse Express Airlines. Bombardier Commercial Aircraft has successfully delivered 20 of the CRJ900 jetliners up to date. The value of this purchase will approximately cost the Chinese Airlines 462.6 million US. Dollars.

China Express was established in the year 2006 and now services over 62 cities in China to the middle and lower classes.

It offers excellent economics and reliability and is well liked by our passengers. We continue to expand our fleet with these fine aircraft to serve both current and future demand and destinations.”

With this great purchase it leaves Bombardier with 409 confirmed orders for the CRJ900 aircraft alone. CRJ series aircrafts as a whole is at a total of 1883 firm orders and now services over 90 operators domestic and internationally. Bombardier has developed the CRJ900 aircraft immensely compared to its earlier models leaving the CRJ900s fuel burn reducing by 5.5 per cent and operating in over 20 Airlines which is clearly seen by many.

“Our 2015-2034 Commercial Aircraft Market Forecast expects delivery of some 900 60 to 100 seat airlines to China during the forecast period and the CRJ900 regional jet is proving to a perfect fit in that market segment”
